On 16th April 2018 they started building a new bus stand in Sewah Village, Panipat. It’s a big area, about 6.50 acres. They made it to help with the traffic jams in Panipat, Haryana.
The new bus stand has nice things for people. There are 14 food stalls, two ATMs, two restrooms, and even a lift. All these things are there to make it easy for travelers and visitors.
Before, the buses going from Delhi to Chandigarh made traffic in the city. But now, after they opened the new bus stand, those buses will go on a flyover. This will help lessen the traffic in Panipat.
